The aim of our St. Pat's physical education program is to enable individuals to develop the knowledge, skills and attitudes necessary to lead an active, healthy lifestyle.
Our physical education program contributes to the development of life skills for the personal management of health, for the use of physical activity as a strategy for managing life challenges, and for a setting within which to practise the ability to work with others. The program provides an equitable opportunity for all students to realize the benefits of participation in physical activity.
All courses PE 9, PE 10, PE 20 and PE 30 will cover activities which fall under the following 5 dimensions: Games, Dance, Types of Gymnastics, Individual Activities and Alternative Enviroments.
Our General Outcomes are as follows: "A" Activity, "B" Benefits Health, "C" Cooperation/Participation and "D" Do it Daily For Life
