Our teachers are committed to working with our students outside of the classroom. If you need some one-on-one help with a teacher, or just want to clarify a concept that you were unsure about, most teachers will meet you at break or lunch hour.
Yellowknife Catholic Schools’ staff and students are grateful to live, learn, and play on thetraditional lands of the Yellowknives Dene First Nation, in Chief Drygeese territory. Since time immemorial, these lands have been places of learning, where knowledge holders have shared teachings about hunting, trapping, fishing, harvesting, and living in respectful relationship with the land.
We honour and respect the histories, languages, cultures, and ongoing contributions of First Nations, Métis, Inuit, and all First Peoples of Canada. Their wisdom, traditions, and presence continue to guide our learning and make our community a rich and meaningful place to grow together.
